Located just a few minutes walk from an AMAZING beach, Blue Door Retreat is a brand new home built in 2024. With 2 stories, the great room and primary suite are on the second story to take advantage of the views. There are peekaboo views of the ocean, you can even see the ocean from the hot tub!. The kitchen is big enough for several people to work in at the same time. The 77″ tv can be seen from the entire great room. Vaulted ceilings and large windows bathe the space in light. Out the 8′ wide x 8′ tall patio door is a large wrap around deck. BBQ, firepit, patio table, hot tub and lots of seating are just steps away from the great room. The primary suite also has a patio door that walks out onto a deck that is connected to the back deck.

The primary suite has a walk in closet, vaulted ceilings, a large shower with double shower heads! The comfy hybrid king mattress invites you in for a great night sleep.

There are two additional full bathrooms, one with a tub and one with a shower. The downstairs bathroom has a door between the vanity section and the toilet and shower add additional functionality.

The bunk room has 4 twin XL beds, each with their own phone shelf, reading light and charging outlet. There is also a 65″ OLED tv for and additional entertainment space.

The game room in the garage has a foosball table, ping pong and a Ms Pac Man game console with 14 games to play. The lower patio is covered for when the weather decides to be on the wet side. After a fun outing at the beach, there is an outdoor shower on the back patio to wash off feet or pets or… kids!

The entire home is yours to use except the closet under the stairs is used for the cleaners and there is a closet upstairs for the owners. You will receive a personalized code for the electronic lock the 24 hours prior to arrival.

This is a non-smoking property. No smoking or vaping any substance on the property. There will be an additional cleaning fee to remove the odors of at least $500.00.
